Kimmel Ridge subdivision is a 27 Acre subdivision with 87 duplexes, 4 single-family homes, and 2 community lots including a dog park. The subdivision was developed by keeping quality and affordability in mind. It is located right on the border of Bentonville/Centerton and within a quarter mile from Walmart neighborhood, KFC, Popeyes, Starbucks, etc.
Kimmel Ridge has been developed in two phases. Phase I is almost completed, and Phase II is about to start. Phase I consisted of 66 duplexes single and two story and 3 single family houses. Entire Phase I was planned and executed flawlessly in accordance with our plans within three years. Because of Phase I success it, was decided to extend the subdivision with Phase II.
Phase II development is in progress and estimated development completion is Jan 2022. Phase II consists of 21 duplexes one single family home, and 2 community lots including a dog park are all within this subdivision. Duplex construction will start in February 2022 and estimated completion is February 2023.
