Kimmel Ridge subdivision is a 27 Acre subdivision with 87 duplexes, 4 single-family homes, and 2 community lots including a dog park. The subdivision was developed by keeping quality and affordability in mind. It is located right on the border of Bentonville/Centerton and within a quarter mile from Walmart neighborhood, KFC, Popeyes, Starbucks, etc.

Kimmel Ridge has been developed in two phases. Phase I is almost completed, and Phase II is about to start. Phase I consisted of 66 duplexes single and two story and 3 single family houses. Entire Phase I was planned and executed flawlessly in accordance with our plans within three years. Because of Phase I success it, was decided to extend the subdivision with Phase II.

Phase II consists of 21 duplexes one single family home, and 2 community lots including a dog park are all within this subdivision. Duplex construction will start in February 2022 and estimated completion is February 2023.
