Our journey in real estate began in 2010 with a foundational investment in rental properties. As our expertise grew, so did our vision, leading us to naturally evolve into residential construction and large-scale land development.
We established our footprint in the Northwest Arkansas market by building 21 homes across several premier subdivisions in the Bentonville and Centerton areas. From there, we scaled our operations to master-planned developments, beginning with Osage Creek a 45-home community and followed by Kimmel Ridge an expansive development featuring 87 duplexes and four single-family residences. To date, we are proud to have delivered over 250 + high-quality homes across four vibrant subdivisions.
Looking to the Future
Our flagship ongoing project, Silver Leaf Estates in Centerton, will bring 201 beautifully designed homes complete with premier amenities, currently being delivered in two strategic phases. Additionally, we are actively breaking ground on three highly anticipated projects in prime Bentonville locations: Skylight Apartments, the Rishi Valley duplex community, and Palm Springs single-family homes.
