Our Real Estate interest started in 2010 with the purchase of rental properties. As we learned more about the real estate business, we decided to branch out into home construction followed by land development. We got our feet wet in the construction business by building 21 homes in several subdivisions in the Bentonville/Centerton area. We then focused on developing a subdivision named "Osage Creek", which consisted of 45 houses, followed by "Kimmel Ridge" subdivision which consisted of 87 duplexes and four single-family units. So far, we have built over 200+ houses in 4 subdivisions.
Our ongoing project, Silver Leaf Estates will have 202 homes with excellent amenities. These beautiful homes are located in Centerton and are being built in 2 phases. We are also starting to actively work on our 3 newest projects. They are our Skylight Apartments, our new Rishi Valley duplex homes, and our Palm Springs single-family homes. All of which are in desirable Bentonville locations.
